Michelle Marion
President, Senior College Advisor
Michelle began her career at Berkeley College as an Admissions Counselor, and later as Assistant Director of Admissions. She moved on to work as a high school Guidance Counselor, where she learned to love working with students and their families, taking them through the entire college application process. She began Next Step to offer students the opportunity to have a person who will be there for them every step of the way through their college search. Michelle uses the expertise she has learned in the high school and college fields as the Senior College Advisor at Next Step. She earned her BS degree from the University of Scranton, and MAEd from Seton Hall University.

Ed Zdanowicz
Financial Aid/Scholarship Advisor
Ed is a former college admissions counselor and financial aid officer at Berkeley College, specializing in FAFSA completion and scholarship assistance. He has continued his career working for several major financial institutions while continues to work with students privately in financial aid assistance. He earned his BS degree from Franklin and Marshall College.

Maria comes to Next Step with extensive expertise from working as a high school Guidance Counselor, specializing in college counseling, scholarships, and college summer programs. She received her BS degree from the University of Scranton and her MAEd from Seton Hall University.

Jeanne Glodek
SAT/ACT Prep Coordinator
Jeanne has worked as a teacher in the Parsippany, NJ school district since 2003, while also working as a private Math and English tutor. She received her BA from Montclair State University.
